All local shipping and handling charges are payable by the customer unless otherwise stated during a promotion or at checkout.

International Delivery

Delivery Partners: DHL and Skynet

Estimated shipping charges for parcels weighing up to 2 kg are:

  • USD 60 — United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia & Mauritius via DHL

  • USD 35 — Middle East via Skynet

  • USD 50 — Other international destinations via DHL

Please note that international shipping charges may vary depending on the destination, parcel weight, dimensions, and courier rates. Any applicable final shipping charges will be confirmed before dispatch where necessary.

International Duties & Taxes

All shipping and handling charges are borne by the customer.

For international orders:

  • Import duties, customs fees, taxes, and other government charges are not included in the product price or shipping charges unless explicitly stated.

  • These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country.

  • Any applicable duties or taxes must be paid by the recipient/customer upon or before delivery.

Customers are responsible for checking the applicable import and customs regulations of their country before placing an order.

Unpaid Customs Duties

If the recipient refuses or fails to pay applicable customs duties, taxes, or clearance charges, the shipment may be held, returned, or abandoned by customs or the courier company.

In such cases, Regalia by KM-Studio will not be responsible for the shipment and no refund will be issued for an abandoned or unreturned parcel.

A refund may only be considered if the parcel is successfully returned to Regalia by KM-Studio in Pakistan and is received in its original condition.

If a returned international parcel qualifies for a refund, the following expenses will be deducted from the refundable amount:

  • Original shipping charges

  • Return shipping charges

  • Customs duties or taxes

  • Courier handling or clearance fees

  • Any other charges incurred in returning the parcel
