Delivery Timeframe

At Regalia by KM-Studio, we aim to prepare and dispatch every order with care. Please allow the following estimated processing times after your order has been successfully confirmed.

Casual & Co-ord Orders

Orders from our casual and co-ord collections are generally dispatched within 12–14 working days after order confirmation.

Formal & Embroidered Orders

Formal, semi-formal, silk, and heavily embroidered pieces may require additional preparation time and are generally dispatched within 3–4 weeks after order confirmation.

Delivery After Dispatch

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification.

  • Pakistan deliveries: Usually delivered within 2–4 business days after dispatch.

  • International deliveries: Usually delivered within 7–10 business days after dispatch.

Possible Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including monsoon rains, severe weather, public holidays, courier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. During such periods, orders may take longer than the usual delivery timeframe.

Order Confirmation

If you have not received an order confirmation within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact Regalia by KM-Studio on WhatsApp at +92 321 9711100 with your order number and, where applicable, your payment or bank-transfer receipt so our team can verify your order.
