Exchange & Refund Policy

At Regalia by KM-Studio, we take great care to ensure that every order reaches you in the correct condition. If there is an issue with your order, please review our exchange policy below.

Exchanges

Products purchased from Regalia by KM-Studio may be requested for exchange within 48 hours of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

An exchange may be requested in the following cases:

  • You received an incorrect size, colour, or product

  • The item has a manufacturing defect

  • The item delivered is different from the item ordered

To request an exchange, please contact our customer care team on WhatsApp at +92 321 9711100 and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the exchange

  • Clear pictures or videos of the item, where applicable

Once the returned item is received, our team will inspect it and contact you regarding the exchange.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original tags/packaging will not be eligible for exchange.

Customized Orders

Customized, made-to-measure, altered, or personalized orders are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Once a customized order has been confirmed and production or alteration has started, no exchange, refund, or cancellation request will be accepted.

Customers are advised to carefully confirm all measurements, sizing details, colours, design preferences, and customization instructions before placing the order.

Shipping & Handling

All return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise confirmed by our customer care team.

Regalia by KM-Studio is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged while being returned by the customer. We therefore recommend using a reliable and trackable courier service.

Colour Disclaimer

We make every effort to display product colours as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly due to photography lighting, screen or device settings, fabric texture, and dye variations.

Slight colour differences of this nature will not be considered a manufacturing defect.

Refunds

Regalia by KM-Studio does not offer cash refunds.

Eligible non-customized items may only be exchanged in accordance with the conditions mentioned above.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been confirmed or processed, it cannot be cancelled.

Customized orders cannot be cancelled once customization, stitching, alteration, or production has commenced.

We therefore recommend reviewing your order details carefully before placing your order.

Important Note

Regalia by KM-Studio reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the returned item does not meet the eligibility requirements stated in this policy.
